April showers bring May flowers: Most Ideal Male Anime Characters

There are so many ideal males in anime world. They outnumbered men living on earth. Though the color of their hairs, skin and eyes do not harmonize, they look perfectly cut for them. Okay here they are so control your scream. Take note I only included those men who are not just handsome, they are very ideal and have overall excellent qualities.

Takumi Usui - Kaichou wa Maid-Sama!

Takumi is one of the most ideal male anime characters. He is the perfect partner a girl could wish for that can only exist in our dream, sadly. He has spiky blond hair and green eyes owing to his English-Japanese blood. He is genius in everything: academics, sports, culinary, mind games, music and medicine (Spoiler alert!!!! he became doctor and cured his sick brother at the end). He never miss to be number one in student ranking. All the students looked for him for help during sports fest - he played in almost all games. I dream to taste the desserts he made. He won chess game against student president of their rival school. He played violin perfectly despite being injured. Boys looks up to him, girls fall for him.

That doesn't only end on that. He tops in the only ideal man because of his dedication to Misaki (female lead in Maid sama). Misaki is tsundere and Takumi is always the victim of her outbust. Despite he never abadoned her instead he supports her, protect her and encourage her. He always come to her rescue but never counts his deed. He consider himself to serve Misaki all the time. That is how deep his love is though he often shows it through teasing.

Zen Wistaria - Akagami no Shirayuki

Zen is an easy going, though serious at times, teenage prince with silver white hair and crystal blue eyes. He accidentally met and rescued Shirayuki, who later became his love interest. There is not much sweet talk of the male protagonist but it is very evident haw hard he had fallen to Shirayuki. The remarkable trait of Zen has is on how he cherished her [Shirayuki]. He trusted her ability that held himself in shielding her. Watching the series, you can see how conflicted he is sometimes. He doesn't want to see her suffer but on the other hand doesn't want to hinder her growth. I can say he is an ideal royalty character. He was not the typical whipped teenage boy. He was able to be separated from her to let her grow and do his responsibilities as the second prince of Clarines Kingdom. But well, as his madly in love he easily gets embarrassed and jealous. Haha sometimes he is pushy that leaves Shirayuki disoriented. With his qualities he won't be outrank on the list of most ideal male anime characters.

But of course I won't exclude the first prince of Clarines, Prince Izana

and Zen's unorthodox retainer, Obi.

Hak - Akatsuki no Yona

Another outshines and deserves to be on the list of the most ideal male anime characters is Hak or Son Hak. He is known as the "Thunder Beast" due to his outstanding skill.Despite being human he can compete the four dragon warriors, who had inhuman power from dragon gods, serving Yona. You can describe him as tall, well-built and very attractive man in overall different hues of blue clothes. Well in short he is hot type of character, but wait until you see him in action.

He is very loyal but playful and bully. He is very professional that he extinguish his impulses towards Yona every time it resurface, though it hurts - poor him. Despite how passionate his love of Yona, he stepped down because he knows his place/role. He is willing to let go of Yona and not pursue her, he even supported her betrothal to Soo-Won (his best friend) (I won't give spoiler if the betrothal happened).

Howl Jenkins Pendragon - Howl's Moving Castle

Howl is handsome with blues, flamboyant jacket and blonde hair, originally. He is very talented wizard who is known to have wicked personality. He is rumored to be searching for beautiful young women and eat their hearts or devour them. But as the movie progresses, he is actually endearing, charming and intelligent who is waiting for someone to hold his heart. But he has some personality problems: very secretive and tends to lie, has commitment issues and a bit drama queen when it comes to his looks. A very funny scene when his blonde hair turns orange due to Sophie's action. (I won't spoil any, just watch the movie).

Makoto Tachibana - Free!

Makoto should also be considered as one of the most ideal male anime characters though not on boyfriend category I think. He is the best big brother that you can have. He has olive brown hair and green eyes. Since he his a backstroke swimmer and team captain of the Iwatobi High School swimming team. He tends to always worry about his friends and has gentle smile and eyes.

Sesshomaru - Inuyasha

Among any anime characters that I know, Shesshomaru sama is the most sophisticated look. Do I need to describe him? but I dare not for I could not say anything how beautiful he is. I am biased and he is one of my most favorite face of all times. Well, I am really hoping that there is a sequel for Inuyasha because his "love story" with Rin is not yet finish, so cliffhanger. Rin is the girl who nursed him when he was injured. But she was attacked by wolves while trying to return to him. Sesshomaru tried to ignore her dying self, but due to curiosity of Tenseiga's actions he tested it to Rin. After restoring Rin's life she became companion.

Can you consider him as one of the most ideal male anime characters? If not then you might change your mind when you read these. When Rin is died again, he felt regret. Though in the series he never shed tears [Jaken cried in his stead], you can see his desperate effort to bring her back to life. He frantically slayed yokai who tried to pull Rin's body deep into underworld. Upon realizing that he could not bring Rin back to life he was crushed. Thankfully, her mother helped him to revive Rin. At the end of the series, he left Rin to live with human but always bring her gift [clothes] every now and then. Due to his pride he won't admit and show himself to Rin while giving the gift - he just live in where Rin leaves. That is why I want sequel, where Rin is mature enough.
